There is and it looks like this (it's identical to the glite WMS).
[root@wms01 ~]# grep Forward /etc/glite-wms/glite_wms.conf
Whether this gets forwarded on, is a different question.
Do you have your jdl handy ? The EMI WMS enforces a couple of extra
checks (I'd have to dig them up though) it might fails on those,
rather than the batch system requirements.
