JISC National Grid Service Review Online Survey - with apologies for cross-posting
Dear Colleague
JISC has appointed Sero Consulting Ltd to undertake a review of the National Grid Service (NGS) to assess the business options for sustainable services. The review, which will report in mid-February, will support the development of a business model and will determine in what areas the NGS may have to change to meet expectations of researchers and other stakeholders.
The consultants will be gathering information through stakeholder interviews, a targeted online survey and two concluding workshops. The survey will be open from Wednesday 18 January to Friday 3 February to members of the UK HE community who have experience of the NGS or of research computing more generally, whether as users, managers or interested stakeholders. It should take 6-10 minutes to complete and the information you supply is protected under the Data Protection Act; it will remain anonymous and will only be included in aggregated statistics.
Please go to http://www.sero.co.uk/ngs-survey for more detail and to undertake the survey.
Thank you for your time in this matter
