Don’t let age stop you - studying keeps the risk of Alzheimers away as well as being good to cover you for PREP for a bit. At 54, I started my MSc last year in Occupational Psychiatry and PSychology and am putting it into practice almost following each lecture.
if you don’t want to do a thesis and by the looks of it you'd have access to plenty of participants to research, a diploma or a cert might be a good plan.
Any way Good luck.
Sue

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Ergonomics
Good Morning. I hope you had a good Christmas and that you are looking forward to a Happy New Year 2012. This year I am wanting to develop my skills in ergonomics and wandered if anyone is aware of any courses either distance or wothin the Norfolk/Cambridge area. I have completed the OH degree and so have a basic understanding. I am not sure if I want to do a MSc as I am already 51 and want to be able to use the knowledge before I am drawing a pension! I work in a meat factory so there are alot of upper limb disorders. Any advice would be appreciated.
