Hi Jacqui,
We use paper screening for those employees who hold roles in low risk areas,
(office staff). If answers are all no, or if yes but has a favourable
comment, eg asthma - well controlled with medication- passed as Fit for work
and usual review schedule introduced. DSE offered etc...

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] who does paper screening
Good morning one and all
I am looking at the PEHQ process, and I know that some OH depts use nurses,
some practitioners,
when it is an "all no" questionairre I know some depts use technicians and
during a discussion last week I was told that several OH depts/companies
delegated the task to administration staff with clear parameters for passing
to nurses etc.
I wondered what common practice occured? (off list if preferred)
Jacqui
