I'm sure nobody here has ever chosen a font size that is ridiculously small for the main text on a page.
What I would like to know is why some webmasters think that it's acceptable to have a font size that requires a magnifying glass on the average laptop screen at its default size - & requires a great deal of zooming (which then makes images too big)? It seems to be on sites with a lot of text.
I become too irritable to read the text and will positively avoid landing on a site again.
Thank goodness museum webmasters know more about website accessibility guidelines and always have text that's legible to the average reader.
