I have to admit, setting up space tokens is a pain and we would prefer
if VOs *didn't* insist on spacetokens for our site.
Now if they really have their heart set on one we'll make one, but
they might get more storage space if they use the "group space" rather
than insisting on having their own space.
t2k is special as the amount of space they use at IC is substantial
and doesn't really come under the 'small VO' remit.
