One method I have used is to overlap my mean_skeleton_mask with the
probabilistic map of the corticospinal tract (thresholded at 20 or what
you prefer) available among the FSL atlases.
You can also build your own probabilistic map with fiber tracking in your
dataset if you need a not available seed mask.
