I've seen the same request, though admit haven't looked at it in detail yet. I'm not sure what information someone would reasonably have available that would allow them to make the connection and identify the individual in this situation.
My inclination would be to suppress the info as <5, unless I was pretty confident they couldn't be identified without a significant amount of effort. It's really a judgement call on that.
I'd be interested to hear what you (and others) decide.
