The Sexualities Section of the American Sociological Association invites you to be a part of Crossing Boundaries, Workshopping Sexualities, the first national mini-conference on sexualities studies in sociology. Submit to any of the following three tracks at:
Dissertation Master Classes – Track 1
Include a clear abstract of the dissertation project, as well as details of the research design, proposed methods, hypotheses/research questions, and relevance to the field of sociology.
Works-In-Progress – Track 2
Submit a detailed outline of a book chapter or journal article in progress, or an excerpt.
“Critical Issues” Workshops – Track 3
Submit either a) a 1-page abstract for a “position paper,” or b) a thematic panel proposal made up of 3-4 panelists and their 1-page abstracts.
