Traditionally this conference has a friendly atmosphere and attracts academics, developers of methods for applied statistics, and consulting biometricians, not all of whom are GenStat and/or ASREML users - users of any software package are encouraged to attend. This conference gives you the opportunity to meet with the software developers and hear about new features in the packages. However, the major overall focus is on sharing experiences in biometrical applications and learning about new advances in statistics.
A further announcement and call for papers will be made when the registration opens on 1 April 2012. In the meantime further information can be obtained from the conference website: http://aasc2012.com
