Hello
We had 7 such tickets in the UK .
Apparently, there was no much details in this tickets and all sites have had SITE_NAME env variable on WNs defined for all the CEs.
Some of sites closed the tickets, some sites didn't know what to do with the ticket.
I wrote to Florentin and his answer was :
" Below you'll find the present status for all UK sites (the first 7 are the sites with opened tickets, tickets which could be closed as the issue was fixed)."
The issue wasn't fixed, there was no a problem from the beginning. At least, how it followed from the ticket body.
I have closed the remaining tickets, but sites are quite angry to receive atlas (they consider these tickets as atlas tickets) for non-existing problem.
Below are the quotes from UK sites:
.......
The issue wasn't fixed, there *never was* an issue in the first place as all the sites (well, at least the London ones) had the variable set correctly at the time and before these tickets were mailed out.
I just closed mine with "The SITE_NAME is defined and always was. I assume this ticket was issued in error."
Indeed, I closed the Durham one with a similar note.
It would be nice if Florentin admitted this was a mistake on his end, and not "the sites fixing a problem".
........
IMO, the last suggestion should be considered.
Cheers
Elena
