Hello Lynne
You are quite correct in that being unable to move the screen forward makes
it less adjustable. Like you, I am unsure whether adjusting the resolution
would assist, adjusting the font size may well assist. I will forward your
email to the optometrist who developed the City Vision Screener software to
see if he can assist. In the absence of any optometrist members of JISC
there is at least one ergonomist who is a list subscriber, they may have a
view.
The bottom line is that I am assuming that the purchase of these monitor
arms comes out of the manager's budget. You can but state your case but at
the end of the day it is up to the manager to decide how to spend his/her
budget.
