Dear FSL experts,
I have 3 different studies where subjects received milkshakes vs. other
solutions in the scanner. The delivery times and the other solutions
differ between the studies, but the milkshakes are the same; also, one
of the studies was collected with a 12-channel head coil while the other
two with 8 channels.
Is there a valid way to pool data from all three studies together to
look, for example, at the milkshake response (Betas obtained with GLM)
within ROIs, like the insula for example? I am interested in looking
into brain response differences between groups of people with different
body weights and hence would like to use all three studies to increase
my "n".
thanks and Happy New Year!
Paul
