Hello,
I've decided to exclude a participant from a couple of randomise runs
(after TBSS) by the method discussed on the list a while back - adding
a column to take account of the exclusion.
However I'm still new to FSL and I'm not sure I understand what
changes the design.mat requires in the cases of comparing 2 groups,
and correlation. If anyone would be willing to share exemplars showing
that, I'd be grateful.
I'd also like some advice on whether it would be methodologically
better to continue with the FA skeleton I made from my 11 healthy
subjects, or to use the fmrib58A one (I already have both)? I will, in
time, rerun the TBSS stages without this subject but for now I'd like
to carry on.
Thanks,
Alison
