Dear Raul,
We have had a number of requests for the same thing.
Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, there is no one-step method, but we have found that uploading the folder to the content collection and then creating an item with all of the files attached to it works well.
Please feel free to have a look the attached instructions we have put together for this, which we give to staff who specifically request this.
I hope this is useful for you.
Best wishes

Hi Raul
I presume you are aware you can link to a content collection folder, and so link to all the files in that folder in one operation?
Apparently there is also a building block called the Document Unpackager Building Block, originally from Joliet Junior College (JJC) which works on Bb 9.1 SP3 through Bb 9.1 SP6 and allows for multiple file uploads and links to the individual files from the course in one operation It should be available from http://www.blackboardextensions.com . However, I've not used it and so I cannot vouch for its usefulness or exactly how it operates, sorry.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Simon

Subject: upload documents to BB 9.1
Hello everybody.
Now we are using BB 9.1. And when a professor needs to upload many documents to their course, their have many options.
1.- Upload one by one each document and folder.
2.- Upload the files and folders with drag and drop to the content area of the course.
3.- Upload a zip file with the content area and unzip in the Blackboard platform.
4.- If you use Content System you can use BBDrive.
BUT.... 2, 3, and 4 options, you need to upload the document and after you need to go to documents area and add a item or a file.
Do you know a way to upload a gruop of files and folders directly to the course and document area? IN THE SAME STEP.
