Thanks for this. I was thinking about adding it to this weeks neuroscience
mailing list, would that be OK? Sorry, I won't be able to make it myself, as
that's our work Christmas party night. Sounds more fun than the table
football competition our lot are planning!
By the way, I just had a phone call from Vince, and he has to go to MRC
committee meeting on Friday which goes to 9:45am, but he's hoping to come to
us after that. He said he and Jeorn have talked about things already, and
that Joern can fill us in. Hmmm.. we'll see. But on a plus point, I think
I'll be able to get money from the domain this time around. I decided to be
gutsy and ask the new chair straight out for £1k and he said that as long as
we have the money in the budget then that woudl be fine. I think we do, so
let's plan on us paying for some of the costs this year (I think we're going
to have to pay the musician which is £200, so we can cover that and perhaps
we can put in money for printing/design too, or use the rest for other
extras.)
