Gunnar,
I saw the nextd doc as advertising. It describes some symptoms. If you or
your organization believe you suffer those symptoms, you might be tempted
to go to them to ask them "Doctor! Can you save me?!?!"
They didn't even bother describing what "co-creation" is.
