A referral to a Speech and Language Therapist to help with voice projection
and voice care may be a good start as would Access to Work. A microphone may
also assist her but I suspect her voice tires as the day goes on so SALT may
be more useful. I can give you the name of an OHN who has a special interest
in voice care if you contact me off list.
