Hello
I have reports from library staff that during PubMed training sessions with groups of around 10 students, the site is very slow to the point of being unusable. I don't have any other information and the member of staff is on a different site so I am unlikely to be able to see this in practice. It doesn't seem to be a blip as it is has happened on two separate occasions and I haven't had any similar reports for any other sites or databases. I can't believe it is the network as other things would be affected so I am at a bit of a loss.
Before I investigate further, has anyone else experienced this or received similar reports.
Thanks
