Dear Janette,
This is a very useful set of suggestions for the student to try and includes encouraging observations which helps to build the student's self-confidence. Brain in HE is also a good website.

Subject: Working with student with ADD
Dear All
I've been asked to work with a post grad student recently diagnosed with ADD who specifically wants to discuss strategies for writing his thesis.
I know that good practice is good practice but I'd be really grateful for suggestions, approaches, resources as you see fit that relate to ADD Many thanks Janette
