Just done mine yesterday. Did 90% on paper having tried the RCGP one and not much liked it. Did the Revalidation pilot last year and my appraiser that time and I spent most of the appraisal alternating between tearing out hair and laughing uncontrollably. I don't believe there is any rule it needs to be electronic or indeed any specific version. You have to demonstrate the evidence, how you do that is for you to decide.
