Dear Jeong,
I'm not quite sure what you want to do.
This output option is really only for the case where you would
like to do your own analysis of the coordinates. The values are
the three coordinate values (x coordinate, y coordinate then
z coordinate) for each vertex, in each subject.
Given this matrix you can form whatever mean or other
statistics you want. The order should be the same order
as the statistics output in the vtk file if you only want to work
on the statistically significant vertices.
