Hi FSL experts, I have a problem while running randomise in a TBSS analysis of DTI. I am studying the correlation between FA values and an external marker. My matrix has three columns: 1) GROUP (everybody has a “1” here because there are no different groups to compare) (this one cannot be included in the contrasts). 2) VARIABLE OF INTEREST (the values in this column are raw values going from 0 to 2, more or less). 3) CONFOUNDER VARIABLE (a categorical variable which effect has to be removed, the presence is represented with a “1” and the absence with a “-1”) (Is it correct?).
The contrasts are: (1; 0) for the positive correlation and (-1; 0) for the negative one.
When I run the following process: “$ randomise -i <4D image> -o <output name> -m <mask> -d <design.mat> -t <design.con> -n 5000 --T2” the first contrast finishes with no problem but when the second is starting it shows: “ERROR: Program failed. An exception has been thrown. Error: tfce requires a positive deltaT input.”
What does it mean?
Thank you very much
