I wouldn't ordinarily post a link to a science journal talking about autism,
but this is a bit different. It includes at least one article that argues
that autism must be considered as giving people an advantage in many areas,
and science is one of them. It's not perfect (autism is still 'an enigma')
but much better than most of them. I think most of the articles are free
online (which isn't true in general).
