Many thanks to all who offered suggestions. The online resources are fabulous. Alan, the Harry Price Library had completely slipped my mind so I am grateful for that reminder. And Gerhard, while I would love to take a research trip to Freiburg, I'm afraid London is as far afield as I can go for now. I am quite grateful however to you for drawing my attention to your library holdings.
Best wishes and thanks to all,
Alison

Hi Alison,
we have a fairly amount of issues (maybe not the complete run) of The
Occult Review in our library (Institut für Grenzgebiete der Psychologie
und Psychohygiene) in Freiburg/Germany which is affiliated to the
Freiburg University Library. So if you like to take a trip to Freiburg ...
The library catalogue of our institute is searchable via
http://katalog.ub.uni-freiburg.de/opac?LANGUAGE=en&SID=UBFRE:1520141420
I'm not sure if loans to foreign countries are possible but maybe it is
the case. It depends on the objects.
By the way, our library holds some other rare occult journals

I'm hoping to locate a library or archive that has the complete run and not just the odd issue. I'm pretty sure the British Library has The Unknown World - which didn't have a long run - but I'm at a loss for complete collections of the others. Perhaps a complete collection is too optimistic - if anyone knows of a substantial collection of one or more of these journals that would also be helpful.
