This is a really Good and popular tool here in the UK and also
elsewhere.
I recently evaluated peer assessment and review within HE for an OU
professor and this tool stood out.
I do not use it at Portsmouth as we do not have it, but I use Google
Docs to achieve the same effect in my Project based learning units.

Hi all,
From a very windy attic in Milton Keynes ! For those of you
engaging in team working and group working assessments and the potential
hazards of students complaining about 'non' participants have a look at
this open source online tool I have just discovered - looks good !
Keen to hear some feedback if it is in active use,
http://webpaproject.lboro.ac.uk/
'WebPA is an open source online peer assessment tool that enables every
team member to recognize individual contributions to group work.'
All the best
Ann
