> Hi - can I ask if you are using a Mac? X11 or XQuartz (what analysis runs in on the Mac OS) has an option that does what you describe. It is in X11>Preferences>Windows>Focus Follows Mouse. This option makes whichever window the mouse moves over the current one. You might have turned this on if you have installed nmrPipe as the installation instructions recommend this. Turn it off (it won't ruin your nmrPipe install) and you will fix your problem, or just get into the habbit of placing the mouse over the window you want to work with. T
