Subject: Still existing historic food plants
Dear list members,
my name is Andreas Klumpp and I am a medieval archaeologist and historian. I
am writing my PhD thesis at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg/ Germany on
the reconstruction of late medieval food. For my research I am searching for
still existing historic varieties of all kinds of food plants consumed in
medieval Europe. Is anyone on this list interested to consult me or can
anyone give me hints where I can find information, plants, seeds, fruits,
... I can use for my cooking experiments?
Further information is available on my blog (address at the end of this
mail).
Yours sincerely,
Andreas Klumpp, M.A.
