Dear all,
Could anybody help with understanding the following error I get when trying to perform estimation on images created from the EEG source reconstruction module. I've checked the images and they look ok:
_____________________________________
??? Error using ==> eig
Input to EIG must not contain NaN or Inf.
Error in ==> spm_reml at 202
if min(eig(V)) < 0
Error in ==> spm_spm at 868
[V,h] = spm_reml(Cy,xX.X,xVi.Vi);
Error in ==> spm_spm at 301
spm_spm(SPM);
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

During estimation I also get the following messages coming up:
_____________________________________
In spm_inv at 30
In spm_reml at 119
In spm_spm at 868
In spm_spm at 301
Warning: Matrix is singular, close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = NaN.

I'd be really grateful for any pointers on how to diagnose this one.
Many thanks,
Chris
