This message is to announce availability of an image analysis and image data management position in the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (WADRC) Brain Imaging Group www.brainmap.wisc.edu at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The candidate will have strong programming and scripting skills and be able to support and extend a number of tools we have developed (see https://github.com/brainmap). Experience with pipeline development and knowledge of Ruby and Matlab and shell scripting is strongly preferred; experience in relational database systems is needed and prior experience with mySQL and tools for image management is strongly preferred.
The position supports over a dozen investigators conducting funded studies in aging and in the Alzheimer's Disease continuum using 3T MRI (e.g. fMRI, DTI, structural), PiB PET, FDG PET etc, combined with cognitive, clinical and biomarker data.
