Hi Suzanne
General consensus is to be asymptomatic for 48hrs before rtw. I've attached a couple of documents. Since the episode of Clary on the Archers I've had a couple small companies contact me to review their policies!
Regards
Karen

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Return to Work in Food Industry post diarrhoea and vomiting
Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me....? I have recently taken up a post within Occupational Health in the food industry (confectionery) and am reviewing their Policies, one of which is returning to work within the Factory/Offices after an episode of diarrhoea and/or vomiting. Does anyone have any Policies which they use in similar industries which I may be able to look at? I have researched the Food Standards Agency but some information seems to conflict!
