Our Natural Sciences museum site in Bradford is likely to close its doors soon for the best part of a year to 18 months for rewiring and associated building issues. We are keen to continue with our good relationship with local schools and to develop an outreach programme that keeps the schools interested in returning to our museum for workshops etc once the building reopens. Does NatSCA, or any of its members, know of any examples of best practice for Natural Sciences outreach to schools; Specifically for local museums rather than nationals as we have limited resources.
