Hi all,
We've recently had an explosion of complaints from users unable to access eBooks on MyiLibrary. They're authenticated fine (we use a combination of EZproxy and Shibboleth) and are able to get through to the front page of the title, but are bounced out to the 'Content' page after a couple of seconds.
It isn't happening to all users (and I can't replicate it myself either on-campus or off, which makes testing tricky!) so I thought it might be something to do with their individual browser settings. However, for those affected the problem crops up with all flavours of browser and I've walked a couple of users through setting their security/privacy/content settings to match mine with no success. I'm a bit at a loss with what else it could be so if anyone out there has any experience with this problem or suggestions for resolving it, I'd welcome the help!
