Subject: Central Mediterranean Prehistory meeting
Dear Colleagues,
We are looking for an institution and individuals to host the next
Central Mediterranean Prehistory meeting. The main purpose of the
meeting is for us to participate in a dynamic and informal research
seminar on current debates and new directions in Central Mediterranean
Prehistory.
You may recall that the last meeting in this series was held at Durham
University in May 2011. This followed previous meetings held at other UK
universities. The seminar series originated as regular meetings on the
Italian Neolithic but now encompasses work on all aspects of Central
Mediterranean Prehistory (Palaeolithic to Iron Age) being undertaken by
researchers in and around UK universities (comprising staff,
post-doctoral researchers, and postgraduate research students).
Do please write to either of us with any offers or suggestions of host
institutions and individuals.
With best wishes,
Robin Skeates and John Robb
