You probably already know about SPAG, which part of the s/w suite sold
by Polyhedron, which I think I mentioned in that thread. Also might be
worth mentioning Alan Millers to_f90 program which does some useful
conversions beyond what is essential when doing fixed-format to
free-format style (and I think John Reid's converter does some
additional things, but different ones).
