wow i really thought we were the only ones that were experiencing issues with LO but it appears not. Well after moving to a hosted solution with LO, and getting them to directly update all our content to the new CP4 and new connector we are still experiencing problems both with course syncronisation and access to previous upgraded content in students Personal Learning Spaces. I have several support calls out with LO, but it does appear that this is just being added to a very long queue of support cases. Our major issue is that due to my own developments several years ago, we rely so heavily on campus pack (previously Expo content) for one of our major programmes that we had no choice but to upgrade. I am just hoping that all situations and issues are resolved before students and staff start complaining, although by the looks of things this is something that is already occuring at many instituions across the UK. At present all i can say is that you try and call LO directly, this is what i do and so far this has been the best option rather than wait for email, although it is pot luck as to whether you get a reposnse on the phone.
