To celebrate Black History Month, LSE has a number of events lined up for October. These events are open to all and are being organised by LSESU, LSE's BME staff network EMBRACE and LSE's Widening Participation team. These include -

EMBRACE and LSESU presents: ‘What were Black people doing in WWI?’ by Tony Warner founder of Black History Walks.

LSESU Documentary society presents “In Prison My Whole Life”. Documentary surrounding the life of Mumia Abu-Jamal on death row.
