Birkbeck, University of London - MSc Applied Statistics programmes
This is a last call for applications to the part-time MSc Applied Statistics programmes for consideration for entry in October 2011. The programmes combine understanding of the theory and application of modern statistical modelling techniques with the ability to specialise in a chosen area, leading to one of the following awards
MSc Applied Statistics
MSc Applied Statistics and Operational Research
MSc Applied Statistics and Stochastic Modelling
MSc Applied Statistics with Medical Applications

For entry to a postgraduate programme in Applied Statistics, you must hold a 2nd class Bachelors degree with Mathematics or Statistics as a main field of study. The programmes are undertaken part-time over 2 years by students who work during the day, with lectures taking place in the evening. Note that you must be an EU citizen or otherwise have the right to work full-time in the UK in order to enrol on a part-time course.
