GPRD has a vacancy for a Research Scientist (12 months fixed term
contract)
The purpose of the role is to provide maternity cover for a funded
European project. The project involves epidemiological research
contributing to specific time limited projects over a three year period.
Projects will be undertaken using the General Practice Research Database
and other database resources from the UK and elsewhere. The role will
involved the undertaking of specific tasks including administrative
tasks, data management tasks, analysis of data, report writing and
documentation. The work will be within the overall GPRD research team
and under the guidance of a project leader for the specific projects
involved.
