Dear Paul,
Here is a bit of code contributed by Guillaume that seems to do the
job. You should use CheckReg to display the image.
global st
set(st.vols{1}.ax{2}.ax,'YTickMode','auto')
l = get(st.vols{1}.ax{2}.ax,'YTick');
for i=1:numel(l)
ll{i} = num2str(l(i)+st.bb(1,3)-1);
end
set(st.vols{1}.ax{2}.ax,'YTickLabel',ll);
Best,
Vladimir
