At UAL we have experience of using Drupal for OER, I would be happy to talk about using drupal for OER if this is included in the mix?
Open.Michigan may also be interested in talking about drupal for OER use , I have cc. Emily Puckett Rodgers at - http://open.umich.edu/education

Subject: Creating a comparison of publishing platforms for OER
I've been involved in some Open Courseware Consortium work about updating the comparison chart for publishing platforms which I blogged about a little bit here. http://openlearn.open.ac.uk/mod/oublog/viewpost.php?post=9358
Clay Whipkey (OCWC technical director) has created a google survey for people to fill in to gather information about platforms which they are expert in. I've just filled it in for Moodle.
Clay would like platform representatives or "experts" to self-identify, so if you're willing to spend a little time (it took me about an hour) to fill in a form about your favourite publishing platform for OER, please give me a shout and I'll pass your name on.
We're particularly looking for volunteers for Wordpress, dspace and ePrints.
