Personally I prefer CBT over NLP any day (I have done courses in both)

Hello Sharon

I think you are referring to your CBT and NeuroLinguisticPrograming
(NLP)
qualifications - I know quite a few OH practitioners are going down the
NLP
route. A few of my graduates are trained in NLP. GlaxoSmithKline have a
few
OH practitioners trained in NLP (medics and nurses). NLP changed my
life. I
happen to be about to read a coaching and NLP book - you may find this
of
interest:

How to Coach with NLP by Robbie Steinhouse.
