Subject: Survey - Electronic Resource Management in Libraries
This list is confidential and is for BIALL Members only.
Dear All,
I am conducting a survey as part of my final year project for a Master's dissertation at City University, London. The project is focused on how libraries are approaching electronic resource management, comparing academic libraries with professional practices.
The survey aims to investigate the following topics in relation to electronic resource management; types of content, access management, search technologies, marketing and strategy.
If you are an information professional working in an academic library or library and information service within a professional practice I would be very grateful for your participation in this survey.
I am currently employed by a City law firm, Hogan Lovells International LLP. However I am conducting this project as a Masters student. The survey is anonymous but an option is included at the end for you to provide contact details if you would like to participate in a follow up interview. Anonymised results of the survey will be published in the final report which will be made publicly available.
The questionnaire can be completed at the following link and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete:

If you have any questions about the project or would like to receive a summary of the results, please email me at [log in to unmask]
Thank you very much for your time,
