Dear Benjamin (and other FSL experts),
Thank you very much for your immediate reply. I find it very helpful.
But, I'm actually writing again to ask about your comment on my second question again - the relation between the hypothesis and further processing/analysis following dual regression.
My hypothesis will be either "Group A will show greater degree of co-activation within the executive control network compared to Group B." or "There will be a difference (direction of difference not specified)" - unfortunately, I don't even know enough whether other hypotheses can be made as well except being specific about the ROI.
Although I had already checked the dual regression website (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/analysis/dualreg/) and read the "OHBM poster" as well as part of "PNAS paper using dual-regression" available on the website, I'm still not sure how to proceed. I mean, the only thing I can think of is just starting to interrogate the dual regression outputs.
So, if you think my hypothesis is specific enough, could you advise me whether it would be OK to do so (interrogate data) without further processing/analysis?
My apologies for the lengthy email.
Many thanks,
Kie Woo
