Dear Colleagues,
I have discovered that I have in my power the decision over the copying
and printing charges the College imposes.
I’d like to think it was power, but I suspect it just means that
I’m the fall-guy if charges increase.
Anyway, I’d be interested to know how we compare in relation to
photocopying and printing charges,
and ask for your co-operation in answering a few questions for me:
Do you charge for photocopying?
Do you charge for printing?
If both, is it the same charge for both or different?
What are your charges for black-and-white copying/printing?
What are your charges for colour copying/printing?
Finally do students get a copying/printing allowance?
If so, is this monetary terms (e.g. £x amount of credit on a card or
similar)
or is it based on a number of copies per term/year?
Many thanks for your help,
