I have a question about the corrected p value maps generated by dual regression.
I have three subjects groups Controls (C), prodormals(A) , patients(M). I specified three groups and three EVS; one for each group. When I set up contrast like:
What does the corrected tfcp_corrp_tstat map correspond to?
(a) significant spatial activation seen in group C irrespective of groups A and M (could be common to groups A and M)
(b) significant spatial activation that is unique to C and not present in A and M
On similar lines,
if I have a contrast set up like
What does that correspond to?
