In addition to voxel sizes and dimensions, you would also need to
specify the orientations and the position of the origin. I found that
the easiest way to specify this lot was via another image.
You may want to try to generate an image with the appropriate header
information and use this to define the target space you want to
reslice your images to. In general though, you should not need to do
stuff like this to use SPM. This kind of thing has been known to mess
up some of the SPM routines that expect images without missing voxels.
