 ```Hi SPM'ers,       I am new to spm8. In spm8, VBM tutorial mentioned the ICV should be considered, and suggested ICV can be calculated by some ways in spm mail listing. Here, I found a script : V = spm_vol(spm_select(Inf,'Image')); Vols = zeros(numel(V),1); for j=1:numel(V),     tot = 0;     for i=1:V(1).dim(3),             img = spm_slice_vol(V(j),spm_matrix(...                   [0 0 i]),V(j).dim(1:2),0);             img = img(isfinite(img)); % <-- exclude non-finite values             tot = tot + sum(img(:));     end;     voxvol = abs(det(V(j).mat))/100^3; % volume of a voxel, in litres     Vols(j) = tot*voxvol; end   but after I pasted it in the matlab, after choosing the image of mwc1*.nil, I couldn’t find where the output volume document was. It should be “info.txt” mentioned in the tutorial. Would someone like to give me some suggestions about where the volume data is? And how to add the “mwc1*.nil, mwc2*.nil, mwc3*.nil “ together.                And I still found a way to sum the volume. Like the script below,           k = spm_select           get_integrals(k)        I want to make it clear which is the correct script, if above scripts are not correct, could someone give me some ideals?      Furthermore, what the difference between the 2 ways, even though some discussions available in the mail list but I am still confused.       One more question, if I don’t use DARTEL, the ways of summing the volume are same?       Thanks a lot.
