I am not aware of a way to change the directories from the SPM GUI.
However, you could save the batch as a text file (.m) and do a search
and replace using your favorite text editor. Hope this helps.

The problem is that when I ran the batch of the first level specification, it can not find the .nii files for 'scan', .mat files for 'multiple conditions' and .txt files for 'multiple regressors' because the directory of those files changed. I wonder whether there is quick way to change the directory rather than to reload those .nii files again.
