Hi Helen,
the lower images you provided do not look like the output of a single
subject's brain, they look like a TPM to me. Are you sure you selected
the right images (right clicking on the image allows you to check the
filename)? The output of the segmentation is named as the original
image, prefixed with c1 for GM, c2 fow WM, c3 for CSF (if you opted to
write those out). The normalized versions have an additional 'w' before
that.
